Returns and Exchanges
• We are happy to process returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date or delivery date if ordered on the Team Shop website.
• All returns must be in new condition with the original merchandise tags attached to receive full credit.
• Items purchased on the Team Shop website can either be returned or exchanged by filling out the return and exchange form enclosed in your package and indicating if you would like to receive a refund or make an exchange for another size, color or item. Mail completed form and merchandise to:

• Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
• Adjustments are honored up to 14 days after the date of original purchase
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Returns without receipt or invoice must be exchanged for other merchandise or issued a store credit for the lowest selling price.
• Championship Jewelry is final sale. Jewelry is not eligible for discounts.
• Adidas jerseys purchased on or after 8/1/2017 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.
Your item(s) will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after the order is placed (if placed by 9:00 a.m. Eastern time). Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframe
• 3 Day Select orders will be delivered the third business day after shipment. Please allow at least 1 business day for processing.
• 2nd Day Air orders will be delivered the second business day after shipment. Please allow at least 1 business day for processing.
• Next Day Air orders will be delivered the next business day after shipment. Please allow at least 1 business day for processing.
2017 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
• DECEMBER 14 - Last day to place orders with Ground Shipping to receive by Christmas, outside of Ohio.
• DECEMBER 17 - Last day to place orders with Ground Shipping to receive by Christmas, within Ohio.
• DECEMBER 18 - Last day to place orders with 3 Day Select Shipping to receive by Christmas.
• DECEMBER 19 - Last day to place orders with 2nd Day Air Shipping to receive by Christmas.
• DECEMBER 20 - Last day to place orders with Next Day Air Shipping to receive by Christmas.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. You may receive multiple shipping confirmation e-mails if items in your order ship at different times. An "order tracking link" and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time.
We are only able to ship international orders to the billing address. You may be contacted by one of our associates to confirm your international shipping and billing information. Please note that to release the package, many countries require additional customs, taxes and duties that are not included in your shipping charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. In addition, we accept Cavaliers Team Shop Gift Cards purchased either online or at the Team Shop at Quicken Loans Arena. You may use Cavaliers Team Shop Gift Cards on any Cleveland Cavaliers, Lake Erie Monsters, Canton Charge, or Cleveland Gladiator's products.
If a portion of your order or your entire order is cancelled, you will receive a notice regarding your order via e-mail detailing the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
